Kelly Richardson serves as the Practice Manager at H.U. Partners, acting as the operational backbone of the firm. Charmaine Reschke is a Senior Accountant with a strong background in tax. With 13 years of industry experience, Charmaine holds a BCom, CPA, and a Grad. Diploma of Applied Tax Law. She is a proud member of CPA, CIMA, and the Tax Institute. Charmaine’s passion lies in helping clients achieve the best outcomes for their tax obligations.

As H.U Partner’s Senior Bookkeeper, Britt’s expertise spans end-to-end bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and day-to-day financial management. Her background as a business owner gives her a strong commercial understanding and a practical, solutions-focused approach to supporting clients and internal teams.

Throughout her career, Britt has managed the full financial and operational requirements of complex retail businesses, alongside providing contract bookkeeping services across a range of industries. She is highly organised, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records.

Michael Wright is an Accountant who joined the industry in 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialisation in accounting.  Michael is passionate about the work he does and providing the best service to his clients. 

Uyen, known as Win, joined H.U. Partners as an accountant with several years of experience as an account officer. Since 2022, she has specialised in taxation and is currently working toward her CA. Proficient in MYOB and Xero, Win is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients.

Jordan Korb is an Undergraduate Accountant with a solid foundation in the industry, having spent 3.5 years at H.U. Partners. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Accounting at Adelaide University, Jordan is on the path to academic excellence. As a student affiliate of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, he’s already establishing a professional network.
